Prior to this appointment, Nathan had acquired specific skills in leasing, banking litigation and collective procedures both in law firms and in the litigation department of BPCE LEASE.

He currently mainly advises on commercial litigation, banking law, insolvency proceedings and criminal law.

Nathan holds a Master 2 in Litigation Law at the Sorbonne University in Paris and was trained at the Paris Bar School.
