Fees
SCP BONIN & ASSOCIES has a policy of transparency with regards to its fees structure, as its clients are informed of the billing methods to be used prior to any intervention on their file.
Three types of billing methods are usually applied :
Hourly fee
The total amount of the fees will vary, mainly, depending on the technicality of the file at stake.
Flat fee
Some standard services may be subject to flat-rate billing (protective measures, declaration of claims, etc.).
Flat fee combined with a contingent fee
On certain types of files, SCP BONIN & Associés may propose a fee agreement, combining a flat fee with a contingent fee, which would be determined based on the results achieved.
